WTPR brings people together across backgrounds, professions, generations, and perspectives to build relationships, exchange ideas, support one another, and create new possibilities for the future.

We help people to apply their skills, rediscover their purpose, engage their creativity, and step into meaningful leadership within their communities. Through gatherings, collaboration, shared projects, mentorship, innovation, and community-building, we help people transform uncertainty into participation and possibility.

Others may create nonprofits, artistic collaborations, local initiatives, mentorship programs, or community events.

Founder — Kristin Hiemstra, M.Ed., PCC, CCPC
Kristin is an entrepreneur, leadership expert, educator, speaker, and community builder focused on helping people navigate change, unlock opportunity, and create more connected and human-centered communities. Over the course of her career, she has started and led multiple businesses, taught MBA students at North Carolina State University, and developed programs centered on leadership, emotional intelligence, career growth, and innovation.
Kristin is also the author of the book Launch Your EPIC Career Adventure, which helps people navigate the evolving job market, build confidence, and create meaningful career paths in a rapidly changing world. Her work combines leadership development, professional reinvention, collaboration, and community engagement to help people move from uncertainty to possibility.
Through WTPR, Kristin is creating a national movement designed to help people reconnect, collaborate, apply their strengths, build meaningful opportunities, and shape a more compassionate, creative, and opportunity-rich future together.
